Sergio Aranguren is professional in international relations and urban management and development. He has been working at the international affairs, policy and cooperation office of the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for the last 7 years. He supports the participation of the Institute at international levels especially in CBD, IPBES, Ramsar, IUCN, among others. Currently, he has been the Institute in its role as co-chair of the CSP with the Smithsonian Institution.
